hybrid

Rainbow Gelato is an indica-dominant hybrid with more than one genetic recipe hiding behind the name. LIT Farms and Wizard Trees Genetics have both released distinct versions, but the family resemblance sticks around in the jar, where sweet fruit, candy, citrus, cream, and Gelato funk tend to run the show.

Origin 1: LIT Farms bred its Rainbow Gelato by crossing Lemon Gelato #44 with Watermelon Gelato #42. This version doubles down on the Gelato side of the name, stacking creamy sweetness with citrus, berries, and sugary fruit over a funky finish.

Origin 2: Wizard Trees Genetics took a different road, crossing Gelato 41 with Rainbow Pie F2. The result stays in the same candy-coated neighborhood, mixing creamy Gelato notes with bright fruit, citrus, and enough gas to keep all that sweetness from getting polite.

Across versions, fans tend to catch a euphoric spark up front before the heavier side starts filling in behind it. The head stays pleasantly lifted while a warm, easygoing relaxation builds through the session, giving Rainbow Gelato enough balance to hang out before the indica lean starts making a stronger case for the couch.
