The name is generally associated with the same genetic lane as Cake Breath, most commonly traced to Wedding Cake × Mendo Breath, though the "Pure" version doesn't have a clearly documented original breeder tying every example to one standardized release.

The profile puts the Cake side out front with vanilla frosting, creamy dough, and sugary sweetness before the Breath genetics dirty things up with earth, spice, hash, pine, and pungent diesel.
