Passion Orange Guava
aka POG, P.O.G.
This sativa-dominant hybrid was bred by a Santa Cruz breeder who goes by the moniker Growing Passion — real name Brett Wilson. Growing Passion crossed the beloved sativa strain Tangie with the hybrid Guava Dog to create Passion Orange Guava, a flower with a deliciously fruity aroma. The buds are light green with dark orange hairs and smell like citrus. A careful sniff will reveal a hint of earthy soil and funkiness in the afternote, but this strain isn’t named after three citrus fruits for nothing. Passion Orange Guava has intensely uplifting effects that can quickly go from focused to scattered and chatty. Dose accordingly.
Origin 2: Passion Orange Guava by West Coast Cure
California-based breeder West Coast Cure nicknamed their version of Passion Orange Guava POG Juice as a tribute to the deliciously fruity aroma and flavor. A cross between Lemonchello and Pura Vida, POG Juice has distinct notes of gas, flowers, and earth that layer over the citrus note. This is sativa-leaning flower that’s perfect for delivering a burst of focus and energy.
