At this point, you could write a complete encyclopedia series just by working your way through all the Mintz and Mintz-adjacent genetics. Yet, despite dozens, possibly hundreds, of different Mintz-riffs, there is little verifiable information about the strain known as straight-up Mintz (or Mints). Think of it as a section of the candy aisle, not a specific treat that you unwrap.

In most cases, Mintz is used as shorthand to refer to some of the more legendary minty strains, like Thin Mint Cookies or SinMint Cookies. But it may be its own unique lineage: Kush Mints x Animal Mints. A few reviews describe it as having a minty-flavored inhale with notes of cream and baked goods on the exhale.
