Jawbreaker

Jawbreaker is one of those strains with a few origin stories and lineages. The first cross, called Jawbreakers OG by Enlightened Genetics, was Numbskull x Animal Cookies, a sativa-dominant flower with strong notes of earthiness, cedar, and lavender.

Another cross, Purple Punch x Grape Pie, is credited to Seed Junky Genetics (although their archives don't list this strain). This version has a strong nose of grapes and berries with a hint of spice from dense, dark-colored nugs. A third version sold by the multistate brand Trulieve is a cross between Dutch Hawaiian x Papaya Cake. All three strain varieties have strong, fast-acting effects that move you toward relaxation. Despite its name, Jawbreaker will soothe, not shatter.
