Origin 1: True Canna Genetics crossed Purple Halitosis #4 with The Truth. Descriptions of this version emphasize spicy citrus, grape, earth, sour berries, and diesel. Its lineage distinguishes it from the similarly named Compound Genetics cultivar.
Origin 2: THC Design lists its Grape Gas as Cherry Pie × Grape Stomper. Those are also the parents associated with Grape Pie, making this a producer-listed identity rather than proof of a separately developed cross. THC Design describes earthy diesel and herbs followed by sweet grape and cherry, with reported relaxed, happy, and giggly effects.
Origin 3: Compound Genetics’ Grape Gasoline, frequently shortened to Grape Gas, combines Grape Pie with Jet Fuel Gelato. Sweet grape meets a sharp gasoline finish, while round, dark-purple flowers carry prominent frosty calyxes. Consumer reports commonly pair a euphoric, uplifting headspace with physical relaxation.

Grape Gas is a beginner-to-moderate strain that starts fairly compact indoors but can put on noticeable height once flowering kicks in. A little canopy management goes a long way in a tight space.
Outdoors it grows taller and finishes in late September to early October, while indoor plants wrap flowering in roughly 8–9 weeks, or about 56–63 days. Growers can expect around 14–16 ounces per square meter indoors, and up to about 18 ounces per plant outdoors when conditions cooperate. It handles both indoor and outdoor setups and leans best toward a temperate climate.
