Gorilla Auto

Gorilla Auto is the name of two autoflowering hybrids. Despite their different origins and ancestries, each is developed from a cross of the award-winning indica-dominant GG4 strain, with a more hardy parent to support autoflowering. Both are beloved for their potency and excellent trichome production, with buds that have a consistently pale and frosty appearance.

Origin 1: Sativa-leaning hybrid (GB Strains)

The older and more familiar variety of Gorilla Auto is a cross of GG4 with an unknown ruderalis, and reportedly skews more toward sativa characteristics. Fans report a familiar flavor from its GG4 ancestry, with notes of chocolate, citrus, and pine, while the high is said to be potent and heady, but still upbeat and social.

Origin 2: Balanced hybrid (42 Fast Buds)

The newer variety of Gorilla Auto was developed by crossing GG4 and FB Auto #1, a stabilizing parent used by 42 Fast Buds and a variety of other breeders to create autoflowering strains. This type is more noted for its heavy effects, with a relaxed but cerebral high that can occasionally bowl over smokers who have less experience with high-potency strains.
