hybrid

There are two known Goober strains available, both with a nutty profile that's reminiscent of the peanut butter and jelly brand the strains are named after.

The first Goober strain comes from Michigan-based Square One Genetics, the sister breeding company of Robin Hood Seeds. Square One's Goober crosses Humboldt Seed Company's Peanut Butter Breath with a Granddaddy Purple strain. The result is a balanced hybrid with nutty and grape notes that might remind you of a certain favorite sandwich combo. Hints of spices come through, too, like anise. The high comes on slowly and is said to be relaxing for both the body and mind. This Goober's flower is dark green with deep orange pistils and plenty of trichome coverage.

The second Goober strain also comes from a breeder out of Michigan — Green Wolf Genetics. This Goober is an indica-dominant hybrid that crosses the Green Wolf's own PB&J Runtz with In-House Genetics' Slurricane. With numerous Runtz strains in its ancestry, you can expect sweet, fruity notes paired with hints of peanut. This flower is light, neon green and coated in long orange pistils and a dusting of trichomes.
