Foreign Kush Mints is a Grassroots-grown take on Kush Mints, the clone-only hybrid Seed Junky Genetics built by crossing Animal Mints with Bubba Kush. The "Foreign" label points to a curated phenotype rather than a brand-new cross, so most versions trace straight back to that Southern California line. Snap open a bud and cool menthol and mint come first, riding over gassy fuel and damp earth. The flower runs dense and dark green under a heavy coat of trichomes.
A fast, weighty body high does most of the talking. Grassroots calls the cut “sofa-tested,” while detailed consumer reports put it firmly in evening territory, physically heavy and calming without guaranteeing instant couch-lock. A little head clarity may survive the opening stretch, but the product-specific consensus leans indica, not balanced daytime smoke.
Foreign Kush Mints carries little cultivation data of its own and grows much like the wider Kush Mints line, staying short to medium in height with a bushy, indica-leaning frame that suits an indoor tent or a sunny outdoor plot. It runs best in a temperate climate around 70–80°F with low to moderate humidity, and cultivators report frosty, resin-heavy buds over a roughly 8–10 week flowering window, with outdoor harvests landing around mid-to-late October. Yields tend to sit in the medium range, commonly cited near 400 g/m² indoors and 14–16 ounces per plant outdoors, and because the colas finish so dense, good airflow late in bloom helps protect that heavy trichome coat. The original Seed Junky cut still circulates as clone-only.
