Crossing an iconic duo of Blueberry F2, a phenotype of the original Blueberry strain from DJ Short, and OG Kush, Barney’s Farm created the indica-leaning strain Blueberry OG (also called Blueberry Kush).
Taking its flavor profile from both parents, Blueberry OG reportedly smells and tastes of fruity, citrus-infused sweetness with a rich, earthy undertone.
According to Barney’s Farm, Blueberry OG sprouts enormous colas with copious amounts of frost and wispy, reddish stigma hairs in an eight-to-nine-week flowering period. The plant itself grows short and bushy plants with impressive yields of up to 700 grams per square meter, and is said to thrive in a cooler climate.
