Made my appointment on a Saturday saw Dr. Khare on the following Wednesday. Brought all my required documentation, process was smooth and simple. Filled out my paper work, got finger printed and ID photo taken right in house. Met with Dr. Kahare a true caring individual. Do not be intimidated by the process that the state mandates.

ok...starts with feeling skerchy becuz of how Society looks upon people who medicate... I made 3 calls total..to pla Innovative's and 2 OTHER places with similar services provided....First place told me i needed 1yr medical history...wtf Second place was 50$ cheaper:) front desk girl basically told Me none of my condition are qualify ones that the state acknowledges. Then she added i was wrong because her dx. is PTSD.. i told her i was cool bye..She called Me baxk after i hung up and of course i answered and told her how she made Me feel and that i have SKETCHY VIBES about them NOW. Third place was INNOVATIVE 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 from the moment i walked in..To to moment i walked out👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 and i was ONLY charged an office visit because they bill insurance 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Keep up the awesome job... I find the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Since I was on MEDICARE, it was ALOT cheaper. I see them via SKYP APPTS, as well, for all my medical needs. MY APPETITE IS BACK AND IM FINALLY SLEEPING 8 HRS. THANK YOU!

I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin where practically everything is illegal is it possible for me to schedule an appointment with you, I have chronic headaches from a brain surgery procedure and I don't wanna be a guinea pig on pain meds always, cannabis works for me but I can't find anything of quality, please help me!

i need help
i suffer from severe back pains after getting in a car crash which i went through physical therapy for and im still suffering from pains.. most nights after sleeping i feel very stiff and pains because it is so uncomfortable and smoking weed is the only thing that works to get me a good nights sleep and also when i smoke the weed i dont feel stiff and my back doesn't hurt and ache from standing or sitting too long.. i dont want to get in trouble for having weed illegally and i also dont want to smoke the wring type of weed because its hard to trust a street dealer.. can you please schedule me an appointment
Wonderful experience (and quick!)
Everyone I saw at Innovative was so kind, professional, and efficient. They made getting my med card extremely easy. They truly took care of everything and all the paperwork. All I had to do was submit it. I appreciated that all of my appointments could be done via telemed AND they took my insurance. I liked them so much that I have switched to their clinic for my primary care doctor. They take every one of my concerns and pain symptoms seriously.

I really enjoyed my first visit. Everyone was warm, friendly, compassionate and patient with me. I was able to learn about the different types of Cannabis that are offered as well. I came home with a package of information to study. I would recommend this dr. Office to everyone.

Talk about people who know what there doing!!! Farrah and the whole team are amazing. Very knowledgeable about CBD. Process was smooth. Illinois seems like the are definitely behind on processing cards. Recommended for all applicants who want to be certified.

Not so easy
Chronic back pain since 4 years ago. Came in on a Wednesday, but they don't offer cannabis consultation except on tues and thurs. The doctor who told me this also stated that I would not be approved unless I basically had a severely debilitating illness (or terminal), and that my California letter of rec basically holds no weight here. Only did her job as the law demands I suppose, but it does peev me, as I can't sleep from my back pain. At least they were very polite, and refunded my appointment fee.
