Scamming customers

Green Bridge Society sanctioned a doctor that I have never consulted to cancel my active certification simply because I submitted a form on their website. Let me repeat that, this organization never contacted me, and instead had a doctor cancel my ACTIVE certification without notifying me, then disavowed responsibility and refused to reverse this action in a timely manner leading to a nightmare of attempting to retrace these steps to rectify with the DOH. At best Green Bridge Society is clueless, at worst they are employing unscrupulous business practices. How can you cancel a cert for a patient you've never contacted and who has never seen your doctor? Highly unfortunate interaction with Green Bridge Society. Take your business elsewhere and save on the frustration!

Just a heads up about the green bridge society and medical marijuana in the state of Pennsylvania. My brother recently applied for a medical marijuana card and got approved. The Green Bridge Society informed him that everything is good and his card should arrive within 10 business days. So he waited... and waited.... and waited... no card came. We called the green bridge society to ask what was going on, they did not know what the tracking number was but they said the card was sent and everything was fine. So again, we waited. STILL NO CARD. So we decided to call the department of health, and it turns out the card wasn't even printed yet and there was a $50 fee THE GREEN BRIDGE SOCIETY NEVER EVEN TOLD US ABOUT. Now we have to wait another week until the card is even printed. Just know to ask the Green Bridge Society about this fee because they clearly are a company only concerned about money, and straight up lies to their customers once they receive their money.

I’m sorry you had this experience. This is why we stress in all of our emails to patients as well as the instructions on our invoice as well as the state sending out an email after you’ve been certified. Our script for the phone call also stresses logging in and making the state payment. I’m sorry if you missed those.
