Medical Marijuana recommendations are $75. MMJ Renewals are $50. Optional State of Oklahoma processing $25 (Free for veterans). OK State fee of $104.30/$22.50 must be paid with a debit card $75 state discount for 100% disabled Vets Medicare or Soonercare
