Dr. Francis G. D’Ambrosio received his Doctorate at the Albany Medical College of Union University and has practiced medicine for 30 years. From 1986 and 2014, Dr. D’Ambrosio worked as an orthopedic surgeon. While that career was exciting and paid well, he found his patients were still in immense pain. A long-time supporter of medical cannabis, when the U.S. Attorney General announced the loosening of banking restrictions in the cannabis industry, D’Ambrosio decided this was the sign he needed to start advocating and seeing patients for evaluations. He founded 420recs in 2014 and has devoted his life to helping patients using medical cannabis. D’Ambrosio strongly promotes the use medical cannabis as an easy and highly superior alternative big pharmaceutical medications, including opiates in particular. Opiate addiction can occur as quickly as five days after initial consumption, yet physicians still widely prescribe them for pain treatment. D’Ambrosio asserts that cannabis is a much safer and far less addictive alternative, ranging a huge spectrum of health applications. When he is not giving his recommendations over the phone or video chat, D’Ambrosio hosts his podcast “Elevate the Conversation”, where every week guests from authors to athletes, politicians, and personalities join him to discuss Medical Marijuana policy reform. 420recs.com is an online recommendation service operating seven days a week from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. 420recs.com specializes in pain management, drawing on Dr. D’Ambrosio’s 30 years of experience as an orthopedic spine surgeon. Consultation prices start at 39.99, one of the best deals to be found online. 420recs.com are available for follow-up questions during business hours, with all appointments conducted in real-time video chat with Dr. D’Ambrosio. Super user friendly app and doc. I got my rec approved and emailed to me within minutes! I haven't gotten my official card in the mail yet, but for the price and the convenience bbthis is a pretty good way to go. EDIT: As of 11/13 I have received my paper rec! This was so easy I would definitely recommend to a friend.
Its been 2 weeks i never recieved the one in the mail what a scam
I was impressed....avoid long forms and driving. It took me less than 20 minutes to receive my recommendation!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Payed for next day delivery and never received rec. it's been over 3 weeks. I was charged also. Don't do it it's a scam.
I'm sorry for the problems you experienced upon enrolling with us. Your address had been input incorrectly when you signed up and this led to the delay in receiving your mailed recommendation letter. As you can see from the many positive reviews included on this Weedmaps page, our service is not a scam: we have many, many happy patients using our recommendations every day throughout California.
Professional, friendly and a good price. Was skeptical at first due to it being online but I was not let down!!
Took a few minutes to fill out info, talked to doctor and had my rec within 10 minutes. Good price and customer service.
I used 420recs to get my medical card and it was super fast and easy to do!! I recommend this to everyone. It took about 7 minutes TOTAL and I got a temporary card emailed right away, without even leaving my house!!! The official paper came in the mail within a week. So I was very skeptical when I tried this physician out. There were no reviews as of yet 3/27/2016 and I am the first one at least for this Pomona listing. I accessed the site filled out all my information (it didn't ask for anything fishy like a ssn) just basic information. I got in contact with the physician Francis G D'Ambrosio via webcam then phone call and I was given a print out rec and was able to visit a clinic the same day. Extremely easy! I would recommend! Plus it's cheaper than bestpriceevaluations!!!!!
