You need to go through an online form process, and then submit CC info and download the Heally app (terrible reviews) to complete the process. Better to just visit a doc, personally. May be legit but info isn’t up front.

Horrible customer service

I normally do not write reviews but I called to try to make an appointment as there were no providers available in the app. HORRIBLE employee answered. He was very impatient with me as he was giving me information(website name) and was saying it very quickly even though I told him to slow down as I am not a very fast writer while on the phone. He then just was so done and hung up. I have anxiety and I got so enraged I almost lost my sh** instantly. I believe his name starts with an A. Terrible ! 👎🏻👎🏻

A rec is just a piece of paper. You need a state card to get reduced taxes and higher buying limits. In order to get a state card you need a doctors recommendation and a original signed cdph form 9044 regarding medical records. These people do not understand the process and should not be allowed to collect money for a piece of paper.
