I was very concerned about how to relieve my pain and had so many questions but the assistant on the phone was there to help me through all my concerns and the doctor explained all the many benefits and differences in each method of medical marijuana via Facetime appointment. Unprofessional and disorganized
I setup an appointment for my renewal over a week ago. I was given the information and confirmation. Appointment was reconfirmed the day prior and also I called while I was driving there to reconfirm once again since it was a 85 min drive. When I got to the clinic the office was closed, I called and they advised the doctor was there the day before but not the day of my appointment???? I wasted 4 hours of time off work, gas and being stuck in traffic for nothing. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone, the people who answer the phone are not even in the states and the closed other clinics recently which is concerning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!!!!!!!!!
