Everything was perfect.

Having grown up in the 80s/90s the fear of the cannabis and the stress of the devils weed is still a very real nagging anxiety of mine. Now I’m using it as medicine?! This was a conversation my doctor was willing to have with me. That was important. We talked about strains, pains and relief. They brought my wife and I ginger ales. The doctor told me my story was “one of those ones he loves to have” so he can shove it in the faces of people who are pushing the opioids. He was kind, empathetic and willing to talk about anything. The waiting room was clean, the service was quick and compassionate. Very much appreciated my experience here.

Great Experience for me

I went through the entire mmj process in Florida last year and had to do it again when I moved to Pennsylvania and I wasn’t excited about it. CCC got me in very quickly and had a knowledgeable staff and doctor that approved me within 5 days I got my card and was good to go. They give you quite a few resources as well! I’ve heard they may be more expensive than other options but I’m not sure that’s true! Will go back for my follow up. I’ve been to both Pittsburgh and Washington offices. The atmosphere is kinda neat too with all the colors and logos when you walk in!

Truly a nightmare. Find somewhere else!

I came into CCC with all of my confidential psychiatric paperwork. I was apprehensive about the whole situation already because I don't like my mental health to be discussed with people who are not in the realm of psychiatry. When I got to the front desk the woman (name I do not know, not a nurse nor a doctor, just a receptionist) asked for my medical info. She then loudly exclaims after looking at my information "Oh you suffer from Depression you don't qualify for anxiety, I'll text some people to see if that is covered under anxiety" at this point I'm mortified. The entire waiting room can hear everything and she continues to flip through all of my medical records and asking me questions loudly. I am very uncomfortable and I tell her that I'm uncomfortable, she says "oh yeah you're right". She then takes me into a back room and just flips through all of my counseling information, medical history, etc. it wasn't a nurse just a receptionist. CCC executives called me to apologize.
