Knowlegeable Nurse Practitioner and Great Service

Having Ivy as my cannabis provider is like finding a Gem in in a sand. Not only that she is pleasant to talk with and knowledgeable about medical cannabis, She also takes time to explain to me my condition and relates scientific studies how this plant is of a great help. She also ensures that I am not taking any medication/s that may interact or cause more harm. Above all, she is compassionate, calm, nonjudgemental that it took my anxiety away while doing this process. I definitely recommend her.

Great Service!

All the great reviews are true and I had a wonderful experience. I booked my appointment online and did all the paperwork over the phone with the staff so that when the day of my appointment came I just had to meet with the Nurse Practitioner and we talked about my medical issues and how cannabis could help. I chose them because of their customer service but am also happy that next year when I renew I'll get my renewal at half-price which is much lower than other providers I researched.

understanding Provider

I met Ivy when I she did a home visit. I was supposed to cancel my appointment due to my severe migraine. I was diagnosed 15 years ago; underwent multiple tests and seen different neurologist but nobody can identify the cause of my illness. I was previously certified but my doctor passed away. I could not apply for another one because the price of the doctors are way too high. When I found Ivy, she was a blessing. She drove to my house even if I was 20 miles away from her. She saw me while I was on my oxygen therapy and gave mea good time to recover. She was not in hurry and very thorough from the exam and the application process. Her price is also very reasonable knowing she drove that far. I recommend her if you need a reliable and understanding doctor. I wish she is also my primary doctor. Thank you Ivy and thank you Certicann.

Maui's Best MMJ Service

I found CertiCann after calling a few different doctors and certifying providers here on Maui and not finding anyone that could help me right away. These guys answer their phone and are very prompt and professional. Their price was also the best I could find and I will recommend them to anyone looking to get their medical card on Maui.

Understanding Provider

I was a little nervous when I booked my appointment on their website because I've been living with so much pain and most of the doctors I've talked with just want to prescribe some medications and be done with me. Ivy is different than those doctors and listened to me and I could tell she was understanding what I've gone through. She really made it easy for me and I'm very grateful I found her. My card arrived two days later and I'm now trying different strains and am finally getting some relief.

amazing provider; Quality service

Ivy is great! I called her because I did not want to drive downtown to get certified. I was a retired veteran with PTSD and sometimes driving in the freeway makes me very anxious to the point that I lost focus. She understood my situation and offered a home visit to ensure I am safe. We had a discussion about my diagnosis, helped me understood the process and assisted me with the application. wasted day and Dollars

Terrible. Came on vacation trying to follow the rules within the state. I applied here with Robert. After 39 dollars in state fees,150 in canna fees, I was told that it would take longer than my stay here. -The address was not correct, I ended up at a private residence. Shocked the owner and myself. The address was then texted to me. The nurse was fifteen minutes late to the appointment. After a wasted day. I won't be getting my card till I'm back on the mainland. I suggest you don't waste your time doing this. If you need your meds just hit the street.

Ivy Lou Hibbitt is an Advanced Practice Registred Nurse (APRN) and graduated from Hawaii Pacific University. She is fully commited to helping our local community and volunteers her free time on medical missions. Ivy's grandmother was a natural healer and intimately taught her about the value of medicinal plants. Ivy is also active in legislative efforts to improve access to medical cannabis for Hawaii's patients and she can be found attending hearings at the Hawaii Legislature when it's in session.
