The office staff are friendly and helpful. They offered me a coffee when I first arrived. The doctor is professional and knowledgeable. I get anxiety at doctors offices and they eased my anxiety from the start. I also loved that they filled out your OOMA registration at the office. Highly recommend.

Kind staff, beautiful place!

I went to Bloom with the recommendation from a friend. The office was beautiful and clean. The staff was above and beyond kind. I had my 3 young children in the waiting room, the staff was so sweet to them. They put a cartoon on for them to watch and gave them things to color. it was a calming environment. The dr. is laid back and didn't ask a million questions, so it made me feel at ease. He wrote down some suggestions on what kinds of cannabis could help my anxiety and then I went with another lady who took my picture and filled out my OMMA application online. They gave me some business cards for dispensaries and that was it. I would recommend for everyone!

I loved my experience with these guys, very nice overall. The sitting room in the back is very calming especially for any of us that felt a bit strange. I myself was able to ask all sorts of questions about the process as well as the products, was welcomed to come to educational classes regarding what to look for in flower and strains for specific needs and conditions. Plus, my wife likes me a lot better now that I am not in constant digestive pain. If you are looking for a place to go see what all of this is all about, there is no other place I would recomend higher. My brother has been here as well as several of my close friends and all have had a wonderful experience.

Messed up my application and since they hardly ever are there it’s going to take an extra week for my application to be reviewed. Will never come back and am about to pay an extra $100 just to get my damn licenses soon as I can.

They failed the one thing they're meant to do

I'll be brief, my application was rejected because the physician that oversaw my application was deemed "unvaild" and that they didn't properly date their signature, and i submitted my application the day of when i received the documents. It's so ridiculous how the one service this was meant for, and it gets completely rejected because it was signed by an "illegitimate physician". Please look elsewhere
