Paper copy never came in the mail. Only can use delivery service and I cannot even order from all places because I don't have a paper copy. Waste of $40 for standard

I got mine a few months ago and never received my paper copy in the mail. I've been able to use delivery services but I can't go into any walk in services because I don't have my paper copy

Can't go 2 dispensary for7-10days after approval

A letter is emailed to you in 30 minutes not immediately and you cannot use it at a dispensary only a delivery service. Don't remember seeing that anywhere on the website. I found out that I was not gonna be able to use the emailed information in a dispensary within the last 10 seconds of the voice call after I was approved and pre paid. Bottom line is if you're okay with delivery services then this will be fine but if you need to go into a dispensary within a week then this is not the place for you. ***whole experience WOULD of been fine if I would of known that I couldn't go into a dispensary for 7-10 days before paying and being approved.

Will never use this company AGAIN

Have used this place for years - what a shame it has gone soooo wrong! Worst service I have ever had - they made a typo in the data entry when the receipt had one address they had another and made me pay for the shipping for their error! Sent emails and called numerous times and never got someone - when I did they were soooo rude and blamed the issue on me! Awful - will never ever go back to this scam of a joke company!
