I had a hard time believing I could get my rec online for $40, when the year prior I'd paid a doc in SD almost $200. So I decided to give it a shot one day while all I had was my mediocre smart phone, and it actually worked great. I finished the entire process from my phone's Web browser and have had no issues. Just BE CAREFUL when entering your mailing address; if you get it wrong you'll end up looking like one of these angry 1 star reviewers without a proper rec. Maybe don't smoke right before you fill out the form? Just pay attention for like 2 minutes and you'll be fine. There's no excuse to not have your own rec when it's this easy. I've sent at least a dozen patients here and even walked a few people through it, and everyone has been happy. Can't imagine it being much simpler/easier, they've got the process very dialed in.

Highly recommend!!

I had never had applied for a medical card and it was somewhat of a daunting task. I couldn't have been more wrong about the process. I filled out the short questionnaire, and within 2 minutes was on a video conference with the Dr discussing my ailment. Dr D'Ambrosio was very courteous and knowledgeable. I see a lot of people leaving reviews about not ever receiving their stamped copy of the recommendation. This wasn't my experience, I had a signed and stamped recommendation in my hand within 2 business days. A friend of mine also received their recommendation within several days. Never got my rec

Got my PDF copy of my rec never a hard copy. I emailed support asking them for another and they said to confirm my address and I did and still never had heard back from. Terrible and unreliable. Go in person its way easier. This place is some BS.
