Today I went to Pharmacannis for the first time. It was an awesome experience. Before I went there I was reading all the reviews to check out the place and the staff. I went in and the front desk security officer was very professional and extremely helpful. Sam made me feel very welcomed because at first I was very scared. After Sam I met with Mckenzie who was very knowledgeable about the product. Following McKenzie I went and saw the pharmacist. She was extremely nice and very comforting. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I will definitely be back again. I recommend this place 100%

I did a lot of research before I found a dispensary to try. The staff is amazing everyone is so nice and knowledgeable my husband and I were able to meet with the pharmacist together since we are both card carriers. They offered a variety of discounts which made it easier to make choices. The pharmacist was so helpful in explaining everything and We just felt so welcomed by every staff member we came into contact with. We will definitely be going back, and are so happy we did our research.

The entry door is tucked back in an inconspicuous corner away from the road in a nondescript shopping plaza between a beauty parlor and tattoo business. Plenty of parking on the Friday early afternoons when I was there. * When I arrived for my first purchase, Mackenzie greeted me at the door, and stayed with me until I left. She was great at setting me at ease and being supportive. * At the beginning of my first visit, I completed an insightful questionnaire that asked why I was there and what I wanted. The waiting room is spacious, and divided into three areas. * I met with Jerry the pharmacist, who explained to me the many products that they offer. He impressed me as knowledgeable and understanding about my various illnesses and concerns. Mackenzie contributed to the conversation in a meaningful and intelligent way. * I did not pay the prices on their price list. They offer many discounts. I made my first purchase of medical marijuana here. * A few days later, I called with a question about vaping. Mackenzie and Jerry were helpful. * I am now a loyal customer. They offer many products that are suitable for me, and I understand that only trial-and-error will indicate what is best for me.

PharmaCannis handles all product that is allowed by New York state. I get an SSDI discount and most of their customers don't pay full price. High quality products, great service and advice. No push for a final choice, you can try any combination that works for you. I was very pleased the first time I went and look forward to another year in their care. They have no signage at the street because NYS law prohibits but is easy to find if you go by the maps. This is New York people, not Denver. If you want fancy names make them up when you get home. Everything is in extract form and I have only seen around 10% so far. If medical is what you want I can't think of a better place.

I give it a 10-star but it deserves more than that. The friendly staff here at the Liverpool pharmacy is amazing . Especially Sam he was Very helpful and it has relaxed setting. Highly recommended! Thank you for helping me with what I needed!!!

I don't know who the people are in the photo on the website are, but it needs updating. The staff are actually more professional on appearance than this. I have been here 4 times, but the first time it was closed. It was actually one of my best experiences because the security guard, Sam, was so kind to me and had such a sense a humor about it. Since then I have returned to purchase 3 times and have found the pharmacist to be knowledgeable and pleasant. The other office person was not present my second time. Not Sam..he is always there and is very polite and professional. He even remembers who you are, which is quite remarkable! The business itself is immaculate. I feel very safe entering and exiting as well. I highly recommend this.

I came in there was a security guard named Sam and the pharmacist. I called the dispensary before coming in and sam answered my questions before going in. They took very good care of me. Sam gave me good advice and he was very respectful. There were other patients there that were also being treated nicely by him. The pharmacist was very helpful. He answered all the questions I had for him and he was nice. The prices weren't bad either. I recommend this place to everyone.

2/10 on this place , Sam at Security was very nice and helpful and so was the lady who helped me chose my product, but the pharmacist who helped me was dumb as rocks , both of them both the female and male , when asked what strain went into my vape I was answered with a " i don't know" from the male pharmacist , and the female said she was not allowed to tell me! What bullshit😂😂!! Plus prices are outrageous, $90 for about a .3 gram of oil... Go to elsewhere, they atleast know there shit and are not afraid to embrace that they sell medical marijuana to patients, my experience at pharmacann made me feel like pot was still illegal do not recommend going ever!

I'm not new to the medical cannabis industry but as a new patient in this state Verilife staff went above and beyond to welcome me and discuss my needs. I received a great discount for being a first time patient! The only thing I was disappointed in was their lack of variety on edibles, still they definitely deserve a 5-star rating for customer service! 👏

Great experience, especially for being a ny Dispensary. Their prices are very reasonable. The new vape cartridges are extremely effective and the new design is awesome. Overall 5 Star. Great menu and great staff.

they are very welcoming to everyone who enters, any questions you may have are taking seriously and answered honestly. I've been to all of the dispensarys in the area so far and pharmacannis is the most affordable with a great selection to choose from. P.S.I call ahead to make sure what product I'd like is in stock before making the trip.
