I wish they would let you put in orders for pick-up instead of writing "this product is available for our in store customers". I was going to put in an order but I'm not driving all the way there to check if the stuff I want is even in stock. I'll check back another day.

I've been coming to Valley for a year now. I've always been satisfied and never had an issue. Yesterday I had my first issue. I called and got a hold of the manager (Tina I believe) and explained my issue. I was very relieved when she was super professional and very nice. She resolved my issue without hesitation. I met her in person when I returned and she took the time to talk to me and apologize for what ended up being 100% NOT Valleys fault. Juan the tender was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Anyway I guess my point is, you can buy your medicine anywhere. But what happens if there's an issue and how are you made to feel when you bring it to their attention? The way they took care of me makes me a Valley client for life! Thanks Tina and Juan. Youre the real MVPs!

I was recommended by actually a few friends to come check out this club but mainly for the bud tender Arash. When I came in I let them know I came for him and luckily I was able to be served by him. Dude was no b/s and showed me exactly what I was looking for and his recommendations were super fire and tasty. This guy defiently knows his stuff and y’all got my business cuz of it!

I absolutely love this place, we went there yesterday and they were sadly closed, we were told for "renovation" and told by this Friday they should be back open. I'm praying and hoping so, I lovvvvveeee this place, we went to a different club and it was hella expensive and not what we wanted. The staff at Valley are all amazing. I'm hoping they reopen soon😊. As I am a cancer patient and need flower.

Welcome back Valley awesome products as usual, excellent service and the best fing prices and selection in town. Only shop not overrun with select or heavy hitter carts. Did I mention that this is the ONLY shop that did not raise prices sky high and blame the state. Once the buds back this place will dominate its market again.

Best shop in town! ive been to plenty of shops even worked at one (FWC).. when I was working at FWC I STILL CAME TO VHO! After jan 1st I dont go to any other shops besides VHO! They have quality product and there prices ain't rediculous high like other shops AMC, FWC, GHW ETC.... ALL THESE OTHER SHOPS CHARGE 60+ FOR AN 8TH! ARE YOU SERIOUS!! DONT SLEEP ON THIS SHOP...

If your going to be ignorant why even leave a review ? Fast paced business , no time for people to break common sense rules of going to the Medical Marijuana Dispensarys . Always best to hit this collective in the morning then evening if you can . Never had a problem with any bud tender , front desk lady , and always been satisfied with the bud i get .

I have been visiting this store for many years. Everyone one I have talked to or dealt with in the past decade has been professional, kind and knowledgeable about the product. Taking the time to always find what I'm looking for. The products , all the flower has been helpful in my busy life. Yesterday I went in to get my usual, I was experiencing the worst day of my life, the kindness, the time they took to recognize that I needed that to survive. When I got home, I sat and thanked God I went there , their simple kindness and AWESOME product, I'm here today. Always realize mental illness can kill, kind words can change someone's life. Thank you for keeping this dispensary, through all these years of rules open for us.

As the title implies, what you see (price) is what you get. It either makes it feel cheaper, or it IS cheaper, compared to other shops nearby. It IS a small shop tho, but they always got that top shelf fire, great brands, great prices. I wish they had bubble hash more often.
