Valley Health Options has always been a five star dispensary . I would say that parking lot is a little rough due to loose gravel everywhere , but other than that customer service , staff , security , products , pricing is great . I recommend this dispensary to friends , co - workers and family .

@ Jiff_titty doesn't know what there talking about staff here always treats you with respect and gives upmost customer service , I don't think VHO needs any tips to somebody who "used to work at a dispensary" as they've been in business since 2008 . I will be coming back to visit as soon as my medical rec is renewed , miss you guys at VHO

I only use one storefront and that is Valley Health Options(4years no complaints), with that being said I work full time and sometimes can't make it down there in time or am too exhausted from the day before to even go in. I have been searching for a new,honest, respectable delivery for a good while now and Humble Root just might be that . My boyfriend of 5 years went through them earlier this month had only good things to say so I decided tried them out memorial day and had no complaints.They came earlier than expected, respected the special instructions ( I asked for the door not to be knocked on because of my three big dogs all go crazy when someone knocks) ,stickers and ftp bag was a plus(&the other deals they run ). I am really impressed in the customer service from the beginning of the process , to the end smooth service guys I'll be ordering again soon .

Did perfer when they were strictly just medical but that doesn't change the fact they have had great customer service over the years , and great premium buds .

If your going to be ignorant why even leave a review ? Fast paced business , no time for people to break common sense rules of going to the Medical Marijuana Dispensarys . Always best to hit this collective in the morning then evening if you can . Never had a problem with any bud tender , front desk lady , and always been satisfied with the bud i get .

Valley Health Options is always improving , they have cute female staff & the $10 shelf is better than any other club in Sacramento . I recommend this club to anybody .
