Products were potent, staff was awesome!

I always look forward to my trip to Union the staff are super chill vibe and know their stuff, product is amazing local and by vets, I recommend that people check out this local business.

I am from out of town seeing my mom in the hospital and only have my states medical card so I was super excited to find out about this place. They're knowledgeable and awesome group of staff workers with great products.

Huge dispensary with its own parking lot. Staff is helpful with the extensive menu. I really enjoyed my experience and Union Chill is my new go to dispensary.

I used to be a fan of this place and have spent hundreds of dollars here over time. Unfortunately, after making yet another large purchase, I was disappointed by both the quality and the taste. ( extremely dry brakes to nearly dust upon touch) When I raised my concern, I was essentially told “oh well” and that nothing could be done. Being told there was no responsibility taken — especially after spending $130 — was extremely disappointing. No effort was made to offer a future discount, acknowledge the issue, or even pass the feedback along to the vendor. The response felt dismissive and unexpected from a business I once supported. The Manager Josh wasnt looking for a resolution instead was looking to not take responsibility for a PRODUCT they sell. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I’ll be spending my money with businesses that care about quality and value customer feedback

I shouldn’t have bought my Puffco products through them… very unhelpful on how I should contact the company or how to move forward. Eric G is the person who did lie to me in the beginning of being able to exchange a faulty product and if you were to ask anyone now they’d say “that was never a thing or something we did”. Tell that to Eric or Peter oki!
