For a place charging premium prices, you’d expect accuracy and at least a baseline level of product knowledge. That wasn’t my experience. The selection of flower and concentrates is already limited, but what makes it worse is that the information they provide isn’t reliable. Their website lists terpene profiles, expected effects, and even basic indica/sativa classifications, but what I got didn’t match up at all. That’s not a small detail when people are spending real money expecting a certain experience. It cost me both time and money trying to sort out something that should’ve been straightforward. The staff keeps up a smooth, laid-back image, but there’s very little actual cannabis knowledge behind it. Ask about strains, effects, or product differences and you’ll get surface-level answers at best. It feels more like sales theater than actual guidance. Pricing just adds to it.
