They haven't even opened yet and already they have the best weed in the area! They care abt quality over quantity. If you are smart you will go and give them your business instead of a dispensary that is packaging weed from 6 months ago and trying to hide the fact they have roaches and not the kind you smoke. Starts with an M and ends with a C 🤢🤮

I have smoked a lot of cannabis from different dispensaries and Theory Wellness is King Of The Mountain you can taste the difference because of the quality of flower I highly recommend giving them a try!

So more info on menu might be added for this superior dispensary,I am writing to say it is a great dispensary,as is their Great Barrington shop. The staff are really helpful and friendly,not judgmental. I reside in closer proximity to the Chicopee location so I go there more often. The selection is great and varied as I am a medical use person as especially appreciate the truly high dose offerings of their own products. Thank you Theory and your staff .Cheers!

We might be bias because my bf knows one of your growers for you, but its the best dispensary we have been to so far. We hit up a new place every time we go hit the slopes up north. Im upset we didn’t listen to his friend earlier. By far one of the better dispensaries.

I was not going to write a review, but this happens too much. 2-3 weeks i purchased a few 3.5s from theory of there branded product and i found a at-least 3-6 seeds per batch. Now fast forward I Purchased an 3.5 of 91 Royale and cold cookies last week, both grown by bountiful farms I found 8 seeds in the 91 and 5 of them were in one bud! I mean come on! for 50-65 an eighth before tax I don’t want to be picking seeds from every grinder full!

Everyone was nice but the prices are outrageous and the employees are very slow moving. They make you wait outside in the sun (other places have tents set up for shade)

I ordered pk crusher and they gave me gelato. Gelato is the same price but with significantly less thc. They wouldn’t let me exchange because I accidentally left the store before I realized the error. They basically told me to piss off. Super disappointing no customer service. They made me stand outside the store and treated me like I was trying to scam them when all I wanted was to get what I ordered. You can’t even call them you can only leave a message or send email. If this store screws up your order like mine you are just stuck with it. Lame as hell. TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. The person I dealt with had long hair, a beard, was short, and had rotting teeth. Look out.
