Delighted to see the store on Weedmaps! I usually come in after work and the service is always efficient without feeling rushed - but it's nice to be able to just pop in to pick up an order. It was ready for pickup about 10 minutes after ordering, which is ridiculously fast. When I have the time, coming in and going over options for flower and concentrates is part of the deal. There's a ritual of going in, saying what you're looking for, and getting containers opened up so you can smell. We should shop with our eyes and our noses for this sort of thing! Always a pleasure coming in, seeing the guys, and spending money on some top notch product.

We took a ride out to the Frost Factory today... We have been looking forward to visiting this shop for awhile after seeing some of their products in other shops... It was well worth the trip . Beautiful frost covered flower ( the name fits..) great selection.. prices are within reason as well. I also got some rosins and they were excellent .. The Kush Mints and Maine Blueberry rosins were fantastic. Definitely top shelf. . The staff was friendly and helpful..They knew their products well and answered any questions we had.. Jeff was my Bud tender and he gave me excellent service.. All in all, it was well worth the drive... I highly recommend this shop to anyone...I know we'll be back

Flower is well grown needs to be flushed but other than that I loved it the store is super antique feeling and has a awesome vibe.

This place is amazing they always have amazing deals on flour and concentrates. Also best prices for carts anywhere around. With one of the biggest selections I’ve ever seen Frost Factory is the only place I’ll go anymore

This is a shop you won’t regret visiting. The staff are so friendly and willing to answer any questions you have so when you leave, you’re happy with what you bought. My favorite part of this place is probably everyone’s favorite is the “deli style” where they weigh your product in front of you (concentrates and flower). Definitely a shop worth visiting and won’t regret checking out.

An overall fantastic from top to bottom. ATM in store. Nice knowledgeable staff. The woman I talked to answered all my questions and had a fantastic suggestion. The 8th I got is great, good smoke, smooth, and I would've paid $5 more for it without a question. The regular pre-roll was priced fairly and it was packed with care. The small deduction in review comes from the $20 infused pre-roll I bought. I was only able to get a few hits before the bottom gave way at the base right after the filter. The few hits I took packed a punch but I unfortunately lost nearly the entire pre-roll. I don't think that should sway you from trying one - I could've just had bad luck.

Amazing employees with lots of enthusiasm and love for all those in there community. If your ever shopping on a budget they have something for you here with the same quality as most other businesses with higher prices. Or if your looking for straight quality stuff here is also the place! The bud and concentrate here will knock u off your feet.

The Frost Factory has proven time and time again why they are regarded for high quality product and OUTSTANDING service to their patients. Their Super Silver Haze is an incredible uplifting high and really creative. The Mimosa is filled with terpenes that are so fragrant it can only be described as citrusy and fresh. I love starting my day with a joint of it! Let us not forget to mention the Romulan, holy wow! The $30 diamonds I recently purchased were dank AF and really did the trick. However, with The Frost Factory it isn’t just amazing because of their products, but their budtenders as well. Shoutout to Jeff, who never lets me down. I can walk in and say I need some flower or a concentrate. Boom! Packs up his recommendation and it’s always on point.

Always the freshest and tastiest flower I've ever had in my 40 years. I got hooked on the Maine Blueberry Muffins and haven't gone to another dispensary since. The staff is hands down the friendliest and knowledgeable of their craft and Jeff is top notch in this business. The owners are there often and get to know you also.
