The staff at the Springfield. MO location are always friendly. I love going here just to see who is working. I want to mention one particular employee, Daisy. She has an impeccable memory, a welcoming smile, and a warm demeanor. Shopping with her is a happy experience.

At first, I have to admit I was a little nervous. Not knowing what to expect or do when I walked through the door. Immediately through the door I was greeted by a very nice man. Wait was not too long. The next lady that helped with my selections was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her genuineness made things go pretty smooth. All products were exactly as she described. Definitely will return and suggest to others to do as well!!

I drove over to Terrabis-Springfield Mo. I tell you I have traveled to many dispensaries from Arkansas to Oklahoma and of course Missouri. "Never" have I been treated with such kindness and compassion. I did not have to point out that I was low income on my card. They noticed and gave me a very generous discount! The product of my choice was flower hell"s og for pain,it works awesome. From the kind Lady working at the entrance to the bud tender lady and her associate. Finest I have met in the Industry. Our dispensary of choice! We've been to others that took forever in the drive thru for preorders. I've never waited long, even if there were a couple of cars ahead of me. They make sure I'm getting the best discounts. I always check here first and only go somewhere else if Terrabis is sold out. And the no coins thing is wonderful since my purse already weighs 5lbs

I don't see how other people said they need better prices, I think they are one of the cheapest dispensaries in town. They have better deals on 1/2 oz and full oz than other stores I have been to. I also think they carry better strains than what I see in other places. I haven't purchased any concentrates or carts from them, but the flower an other stuff is priced well!

How come it seems the prices are the same with our without a medical card? Same tax amount and everything. And I looked on the receipt and I saw no discounts for my first three purchases that was promised.

Quality Control missed it. Bought an 1/8 of Tangie Gold 24k and found several bare stems and buds that were pea size. At least popcorn bud is the size of popped corn but an 1/8 of pea bud with stem thrown in. This was the fault of the Grower who sent this out but at the end of the day Terrabis needs to make sure the Quality and Control are kept. Hopefully you can address these kinds of issues. Chalk it up to a quick start out of the gate with Recreational and just one that got by. We don't mind spending money as long as it is what we expect to receive. Cheers

so I been in the place two times got my military discount on e went back a third time and was told they can't on certain ones ?? so I had to go elsewhere with cash in hand

the whole experience was awkward. you never see any actual marijuana. they have a nice selection but you can only see it on their ipad. They do have a nice selection of cannabis tho!

I like how you guys advertise Illict "diamonds" but then when you get them home it's more like sugar. 🙄
