This was my first time at a surterra storefront & I have to say the overall experience was very comfortable and informative. Although the prices at surterra are definitely a bit more expensive then a couple of alternatives, I guess you get what you pay for right? Well that’s what I’m hoping at least 🤣 cause as we all know between acquiring your Med card & the costs associated... being a cardholder/using your Medication isn’t exactly cheap

Love the staff and the products! Can't get enough of their concentrates :) The Coral Reefer vapes are great too.

Knowledgeable employees, clean, and nice atmosphere. Store manager Pete was extremely nice and helpful. I tried Granddaddy purple and Tillamook strawberry cartridges for $60. Both were worth every dollar

This is a brand new location and it is beautiful! Very large with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. You don't even have to have your card to go inside (unlike some competitors). They give you a first time discount of 75$ on your first purchase of $150 so basically you get 75$ worth of cannabis for free on your first purchase! You also get $25 on your next visit I believe. They have strain based products which are delightful, but they really shine when it comes to ratio based products like their disposable vapes, tinctures, etc. Instead of just using strains, which can be inconsistent plant to plant, they recombine ratios of terpenes, THC, and CBD to get a repeatable desired effect. I love that because when I find something that works for me I want to be able to have that product continually produce the same result! Overall a great experience! Will be by for the Grand Opening!

My Doctor recommends them highly, and I have had good luck with the products, when I have had problems the staff were very quick to resolve them quickly and above and beyond my expectations. I would give 5 stars but you pay for what you get and I feel like they are a tad pricey. 4 stars all day long and then some.

Don't trust the pricing on the website. Don't trust the budtenders because they try to sell you crap! Horrible place, Horrible salesmen, and horrible products!
