This place is a magical wonderland not unlike rainbow road on Mario kart n64. The staff is a dream like wanting to grow up and be a singer or a fireman or a dancer. They are amazing. The inventory is nice and works correctly. recommended

Sunnyside has been my go-to medical dispensary for over two years. The space is always clean, bright, and inviting, with exceptional service that stands out in Suffolk County. The staff, from reception to the dispensary counter are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was assisted by Colin, and then Kat, who were both very personable and knowledgeable. Colin got right to the heart of what I was looking for and didn't waste any of my time. He Recommended some excellent products that I will review later. Superior selection of flower and better edibles than other local dispensaries. No wait before ordering. 10 min, after I ordered to process labels and the friendly checkout and nice discounts from Kat, and I was out the door. I'm back home now and pain free. Thank you.

Very Knowledgeable staff, they were able to answer all the questions I had about the different products. I felt very welcome in the store everyone was very friendly. It was a big store and I was excited to learn they have Topical Lotions coming in soon. I found it hard to find at other locations on the island.

Remedy Long Island exceeds all expectations pre entry. Greetings, and continued care from beginning to end, Remedy serves well in a difficult time. A better means of ordering online would be worth 5 stars.

The pharmacist is kind and patient but everything else is just done poorly. The website never fully functions. The store front is dangerous with fogged front windows like it's asking to be robbed. Problems with the vape cartridges stripping my batteries and getting clogged, which I was referred to the manufacturer who isn't going to do anything about it. They also rebranded without telling anyone so it was like they disappeared. No real rewards programs, only paltry sales on odd days of the week. Go to the Botanist if you're in Suffolk, Curaleaf if you're in Nassau. Case closed.

If you are in a hurry you can’t stop here. Store can be empty and you still will be required to wait an unexplainable amount of time…especially when ordered online. Isn’t the point of online ordering to speed up the process?

Store is empty three people taking orders I ask for one disposable pen they tell me it will take 30mins. Again no one in the store three people standing there doing nothing waiting to take orders and one disposable pen takes 30mins. WTF!

I’m so done with Sunnyside! Every time I go, there are four people just standing around up front, yet it still takes forever to get my order. What’s the point of ordering in advance if they don’t even prepare it until I arrive? Total waste of time. When I go to Curaleaf, my order is ready the second I walk in, and I’m in and out of the store in 2 minutes. At Sunnyside? I’m stuck waiting around for 20 minutes, every single time. If you value your time, skip this place.
