Ian and Tyler are what customer service leaders should be! They really care about doing whatever they can to make their guest happy. I appreciate that they took the time to help me and make sure that I was satisfied! Also, I did have a small problem and both were more then happy to fix it for me! I appreciate people like this and your company should be grateful to have them both.
