Very welcoming and are very helpful

I went and picked up a couple vapes. The blue indica vape is great. Tastes great and very relaxing. Ended up purchasing some capsules as well, they help me sleep at night, wish they had the extra strength capsules but good product as well. Great staff, very welcoming, understands my condition and gave me great advice on which would be best to help with my condition. Definitely recommend them!

Alastair is who served me but man he knew what he was talking about and what to recommend. They have quality products and they do what they are intended to be used for. The flower is beautiful and the vapes are easy on the throat. Everyone is kind and willing to help. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to continue getting my meds from them. Good service just what i wanted

I found their flower to be more expensive than other dispensaries, particularly Curaleaf at Carle Place on Long Island, and the staff is pretty impersonal. None of their non-flower options gave me a buzz, but perhaps this is because I have a high tolerance. 2 stars because they DO accept debit cards, the store is very nice, and they offer $50 off orders of $75 or more for your first three visits as of July 2020!

purchased a vape cart, disposed of receipt. went to use it, cart was defective. no return policy on website. no answer when store was called. tried to return, wouldn't take w/o receipt. instead, snarky manager offered a discount on next purchase. no reply to email sent to corporate, hence this review.

I don't know what happened to this shop but I'm really disappointed by service and quality of products. Indica vape didn't give a relaxing effect, and yellow oral solution just caused a headache. It seems that the varieties of marijuana of which the goods for this shop were made contain a lot of ruderalis impurities.

The company doesn’t care about patients, the people working there don’t care either. Idk any other way to describe it. They act this way because of the lack of competition in the area. If you have the means, travel elsewhere to on of the other dispensaries. Shame on this place for preying on those that can’t do that. The new patient deal of $50 off $75 is barely even worth it, and that is saying something. Even if you wanted to play their game, most of the stuff is out of stock OR the place is just straight up closed because the pharmacist called out of work and sunnyside is to cheap to hire someone on call. Like the title: this place is a JOKE. New Yorkers deserve and need better than whatever this is.
