The company doesn’t care about patients, the people working there don’t care either. Idk any other way to describe it. They act this way because of the lack of competition in the area. If you have the means, travel elsewhere to on of the other dispensaries. Shame on this place for preying on those that can’t do that. The new patient deal of $50 off $75 is barely even worth it, and that is saying something. Even if you wanted to play their game, most of the stuff is out of stock OR the place is just straight up closed because the pharmacist called out of work and sunnyside is to cheap to hire someone on call. Like the title: this place is a JOKE. New Yorkers deserve and need better than whatever this is.

The staff here are friendly and professional, and you actually get good value, especially during the sales. I wish we had Verilife in the Hudson Valley! Blows the other dispensary options away in NY imo.

Placed an order in the morning for pickup at 6pm. It wasn’t ready for pickup according to their website or the text I got until 6:51pm (they close at 7pm.) Since I am unable to teleport (I live 30mins away,) I figured I could come in next day and pick it up. Nope.. they put it back into inventory. Told I have to make a new pickup order.. well I went to and now the products I needed are out of stock. (Every time they have a sale they don’t restock, on purpose, until after the sale is done.. but that’s a whole other issue with these guys.) I hope once some real rec options open up, you will stop making any money from the people you have been ripping off for years with your overpriced crap.

Friendly and helpful. Left message ahead of time with questions and call was returned promptly and questions answered. The cartridge I tired so far (GG #4) is potent and flavorful. Can’t wait to try the other strains. I will be back for sure.

Went for the first time last week. The staff were very friendly and helped me in selecting products. Everything I had tried from them (carts, flower, and edibles,) have been top notch, and the prices are reasonable.
