I just snagged up some Durban poison on the way to a festival coming from New York. Mind blown that I walked into a store and bought marijuana, but it was a nice sized menu and the buds are fucking sticky and look and smell amazing. Highly recommend this place especially coming in from New York 🤩

The staff was very friendly, there was absolutely no line when we showed up and were in and out in under 10 mins. Small space but don’t be fooled They a great assortment of all types of products, better selection than the others I’ve been to especially the prerolls, edibles, and concentrates! Will definitely make the trip back 5 stars for sure

This place is awesome! I never have to wait and if I do it's never more than 10 mins. All the budtenders are super friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Even when I call, the employees inside who answer are super nice and it's almost like you can tell they care! Great place! Been multiple times and will continue to go here!!!!!!!

Every time me and my partner go into this shop it has been an absolutely amazing experience. Everyone is amazing but there are a few people who have been there for awhile that recognize us when we come in and they just make the experience extra special. I love talking to these guys. We have been recommended products when we don’t order ahead of time and all the products we have enjoyed very much. I want to shout out Enock and Zack are 2 of the originals that when they see us they know who we are and get our orders. They had pamphlets that I took home to learn more about cannabis (newbie here) I have small nerve neuropathy and RA bought some edibles , and rso will leave a review later of how well they helped with the pain. But they have excellent customer service and they were very knowledgeable and weren’t just trying to sell me just anything .

I've been going here since they opened and have seen more high thc strains as time goes by which is what I'm looking for. So far, the best was the 33% kitchen sink they had, they have also had lower thc (high 20's %) content kitchen sink which was just as good... The best part, I found 4 beans in an 8th, lucky me; BONUS ROUND!!!! And all I will say is they are as good as the herb they came from. I don't care paying the price they ask for that quality, like buying a fine wine. I have not been disappointed yet. The staff is always curious, full of knowledge, personable, and quick to resolve issues. One time after a purchase and got home I found part of my order was another product and no problem they fixed it which was great with the exception of driving back again. I will continue to go there for all of these reasons. Quality is king, and am glad that I am seeing more of my taste in herb as the progresses. I have a request for strains, "forbidden fruit", "mimosa", "thc bomb". 🤘👊👍

I find both the service and product are done well at Silver Therapeutics. Admittedly, I am a novice at purchasing bud and related products legally in a retail environment. Every time I have been here the experience has been quick and pleasant. I’ve never seen a line (maybe because it’s recreational only). There location works well for me too. I will continue to spend my weed $$ at Silver Therapeutics.

I gotta say, living in Cali spoiled this stoner. Lol. However, ST has quite a selection & very good budtenders. My only two complaints being: where is the shatter??!! Can we get some shatter already, I mean come on now. Thus, I have only one complaint left & it’s not ST fault: holy fucking taxes. Taxachusetts omg.

I had an iffy experience with the bud I purchased however I went back and they helped me out. It’s just a weird vibe, the people working don’t seem interested in helping you whatsoever and it just feels like a rushed experience rather than a fun experience. Especially if it’s you’re very first time in a dispensary the environment here is a little off putting. Berkshire Roots is the place for a great experience 👌🏼
