Staff nice they are COVID safe. And selection is dope

Now that the WS LCB has ended curbside pickup, immune compromised and disabled customers like myself are forced to go into the store. The door person was not wearing a mask as I walked up and opened the door. He put one on to check my ID then took it off for the entire time I was in the store. There were 4 employees and only 1 refused to wear a mask. Also, half of the employees are nice and helpful, the other half act like you’re bothering them, that they are too cool to help you. Very similar to what I had to put up with before legalization. There are too many other retailers out there to have to deal with this kind of attitude and lack of care for customers.

Great selection and budtenders who are happy to spend as much time as needed to help YOU find what works best in helping you reach nirvana!

the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices and product are top notch. As a veteran I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff to make sure I got what I wanted. I highly recommend visiting here.

Just moved here from LA and have been driving all the way for Portland for weed. I came across this place and I LOVEEEEE it here! Such a great selection, good prices, and they also have a ton of bongs. Will definitely be back!

The cart I bought didn't work with my battery, which indicated a short circuit. Came back, super friendly about it and one employee told me to try unscrewing it slightly, which worked. Five stars for that alone, not to mention the shop was dope. Thanks!

although I have only been here once, they have the best bud and the best prices! Their customer service is outstanding

i had a very good experience for my first time. the staff was amazing and very helpful/patient. The weed was everything and it had me feeling great. great variety of bud and products definitely great prices!

They have a nice selection and the bud tenders are nice and knowledgeable. I'm sure to drop in whenever I'm in town!

Great place great prices but make your own decisions had a bud tender in there tell me bootylicious was the strongest in the shop so I bought an ounce of it told me that company that grows it Bacons Is way better than anything Fat panda grows yeahhhh righttt I hope you made some commission off that lie to make that sale !

Been shopping here for a few years now. Normally the service is great. But tonight I thought it was very strange that the Budatender Drew ask me if my $8 change was his tip. I only spent $12 and still tip a couple dollars. It's very unprofessional to be asking for a tip but especially $8 on a $12 purchase

While shopping at this location I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the Budtender Drew. He hit on me and was very creepy and misogynistic. He made me feel like a piece of meat. When I called to report the incident to management they just brushed it off like it was no big deal. If you are a woman I would definitely not recommend this establishment.

I posted reviews about the comments and treatment I received feeling racist. Well, I might have got the reason for their comments and actions wrong. Kemp's was the coolest and friendliest shop. I loved going there. They used to always make me feel welcome. Then my last few visits haven't seemed that way, leading up to the incident when I called "Racists". I don't know what to think now. Because as a friend pointed out, I limp when I walk, stutter when I talk and tremble when I hand them money. My disabilities explain their behavior way more than them being "reverse racists"... and that is so far from ok and now I'm not sure what to think.

Every time I come into town I come to Kemp’s. It’s has always been great but tonight my experience was not the same. I believe the budtender named Drew has no interest in helping me and almost forgot to give me my change if I hadn’t reminded him . If it was just one thing I wouldn’t have complained but it was two or three things.
