I felt the need to write this as soon as possible! I was probably one of the only medical patients that actually WANTED to go to this location on opening day for recreational use, because i had for once, never been to NETA, and I wanted to witness this wonderful event.I could not believe the number of people that were there getting in line all the way around the block! Since I have a patient card I was able to walk right inside and go to the medical side of the facility. The location and the building are both amazing! Very beautiful, i love that area. The consultant/budtender that i was greeted by was named Max, and it was the first time that she had registered a new patient, and she did and awesome job getting me put in the system and applying all the discounts (I had no idea about some!) She was a new employee, but I was amazed at the knowledge that she had of the products, and figuring in the discounts as i picked things out so that I could leave super happy :) All the staff is extremely personable and friendly, and they were very organized in handling this huge influx of people. I was in and out of there in not too much time at all, although I had to wait for my friends who were in line. I can imagine that this will become more streamlined everyday that goes by, but it was not as long of a wait as it seemed it would be. The products that I got are all of the highest quality I have seen from the 3 dispensaries that I have been to... excellent!!! Keep up the great work Guys and Gals. I can't wait to visit this location again! (Note to recreational consumers!! You are lucky that THIS dispensary is open for you guys! Best I have seen!)

Out of all the dispensaries Ive been to, this one is my favorite. I will always go here even though it is a 45 minute drive verse the 15 minute one to closer dispensaries.

The pick up function is great. I've enjoyed their products. For flower, I really enjoyed the Buddah's Sister. The lumens and nuggets have been great for edibles. I hope they keep making more of the FIX because it's been great for the arthritis in my hands. Friendly, knowledgeable staff

Arrived at NETA and there were about 30 people in line. I can't believe how fast it moved. Got inside in about 5 minutes. Waited on the inside line for less than 5. Asked salesperson a few questions, got my order, paid and left. Total time spent was less than 15 minutes. I could've saved even more time if I ordered ahead. Great positive experience. DMV could learn a thing or two from NETA.

I was pretty nervous after seeing some reviews of NETA’s quality and especially having tried California, Colorado dispensary flower and concentrates, My lungs are made of steel so to speak. I reserved online the Rubi Headband 500mg cartridge and the Rubi Orange Cookie 500mg cartridge. At first these hit a little weak, but right after for the second and third pull, the oil started to slowly vape and it hits HARD. The Rubi Pods have been filled with NETA d9-THC and CBD. I have had many types of Carts ie Mario Carts, generic California Medical Carts, as well as homemade concoctions from my buddies and this was comparable to the Mario Carts oil quality. I want to try the D line distillate syringe next. Would Recommend Reserving on their website online. The quality could be better for sure but it’s a damn good Rubi Pod that I got this week. Walked right in on a Wednesday afternoon, was handed a menu, waited in line only for a few minutes. Got my stuff and walked out within 20 mins from parking. A+++

I recently tried a new neta product,this is my review. Its a disposable Rempen. It s a great product to use that is small and portable. Its a smooth hit and it works fast. 2 thumbs up if the price is right.

Is it possible for a 21 year old from out of state to purchase recreational pot without a medical card?

I've now been to Neta 25 times or so. Always accurate, always helpful, always quality, always smiles. Everyone who works at Neta with an exception of just a few droopy faces is happy and compassionate. I've never been one time where I couldn't easily make a choice due to their branding and color coding. The quality is always top notch. Lines move at worst case in NorthHampton at about 45 mins. In Brookline maybe an hour. I would say, the Rempen is a Go-to for me but it's a pain in the neck sometimes as in it's finicky. Once they have the kinks out of it or maybe choose to offer a better quality then I'll be happy. Also, prices are excessive. I get it, I'm in business too but regardless of overhead, rent, employees pay, loss and everything in between, the prices are high. Soon enough that'll work itself out too and it's statewide not Neta by themselves. Overall, no one comes close to Neta. They've done an incredible job. My 1.5 hour ride each way is always well worth it.

I came here about three times and it’s always been pleasant. The line can get a little long but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable with their product.

I suffer from fibromyalgia. I also have breast cancer and just had a double mastectomy 5 weeks ago. I start chemotherapy in 2 weeks. they helped me with stuff for nausea , mouth sores and low appetite.

These guys had their act together and opened on the first possible day. Their weed is pretty good, but not as mind-blowing as I might have hoped. I'm thrilled to be able to buy cannabis flowers, but I wish there wasn't a limit of an 1/8th ounce and I wish the prices weren't triple the prices in Colorado. A couple of the good ones I've had from NETA have been Flo and Chemdawg.

The staff are great. Friendly, patient and caring. The goods are excellent and reasonably priced! Ive made long trips to visit and my experience improved each time! My most recent trip there was a mistake make in filling an order and we had to go back and they took care of right away!

I do believe that recreational consumers are very lucky to have NETA as a dispensary they can go to. Imo.... it is the Gold Standard for dispensaries in MA, and all their products and prices are to be envied
