Let me start by saying that I heard so much good stuff about MUV on-line on social media sites, that I was excited to try some of their concentrates. The city I live in doesn't have MUV yet, so when I was going to be near Gainesville I made a pick up order the day before to pick up while I was in the area. I walk in and I'm informed that their system is down and the process will take a bit longer. I get in the back to pick up product I ask for my medical card back, they inform me that they will have to use it to fill out a manual receipt. I am told that I'm getting a pre roll for the wait. I get my products maybe 15-20 mins later after I placed an online order the day before for a quicker in and out visit. I leave headed back home on interstate 10 west in the panhandle. 30-45 minutes later I received a voice mail that says you left your medical card. Really? I call them back and ask what can we do about this because I'm 30-45 minutes away and don't live in Gainesville? She says that my card will be at the front desk. I laugh. They didn't even offer to send it back in the mail. I dive back putting me an hr and a half behind schedule of picking up my daughter. I tell the front desk that I'm there to get my card. The guy behind the counter had no clue what I was talking about. Eventually he finds it and give it to me. After I left I called to speak to a manager because I didn't have time to speak with them at that time because I was already 1.5 hours behind schedule picking my daughter up from the sitter. When I spoke to the manager (a female, I didn't catch her name) she was very apologetic for what happened and offered a 20% discount for my troubles. Oh Thanks for that, I live over 2 hours away from a MUV. The next day I'm smoking my pre roll that was given to me out next to my fire I have outside. I'm about half way done with my gram joint and when I go to pull another hit there isn't anything inside the paper anymore. Are you kidding me???? That was my last bud I had at the time. The whole experience was very disappointing to say the least. With all the positive things I've heard and read about MUV, I can't say I've experienced the same things. The Gold I got from there is very tasty and is an awesome medicine. The pre roll was good until half of it fell out on the ground. Just very disappointed with my first visit there, when I was so looking forward to MUVs products.
