Terrible experience. Definitely don’t recommend. Definitely won’t be goin back

I had an excellent customer service experience at Liberty. Carlos was patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He went above and beyond to assist me. I’ve been to other dispensaries and never left feeling confident in my purchase. I will keep coming here!!!!!!!

We came in today and Gemeka was our bud connoisseur she’s amazing, she knew so much a bout what he had picked. We had questions about our liberty points and she explained to the “T” about what it was and what I was able to do turned out I had 50$ in credits to use towards my purchase and she gave a recommendation of LA BAKER by Garcia and it’s amazing!

I've been coming to Liberty in Oxon Hill for over a year. The customer service extraordinary and the cannabis for sale is reasonably priced with an excellent amount of product to choose from!

Liberty is not the closest dispensary to me but it has been my go to for the last 2 years. As a medical patient I appreciate the “front of the line” service when checking in. The prices on their website are always accurate and they are one of the few dispensaries that post the terp details in the product description instead of just the THC numbers. For medical patients, knowing what terps are in a specific strain is extremely important when you know what works for you. Their bud tenders are knowledgeable and always helpful. For those complaining about the long lines…long lines happen at popular establishments.

Visited multiple times while in the area. Staff was super friendly and was impressed with all the options they had for gummies.

This is the best dispensary in Maryland! Jefftacular atmosphere and staff is great! Big time shout out to Sydney, Moses and Aja (hope I got her name right). You won’t be disappointed here even with the current chaos! Hang in there gang!

Great Customer Service and large variety Product!

I visited Liberty in Oxon Hill MD last weekend and wasn’t disappointed. I was serviced by Sydney and she was attentive and patient with me as I decided on what to get. She answered all my questions and was real knowledgeable about the products, I will definitely be coming back again!!!!

Liberty is by far the leader in Convenience, Product quality, selection and prices. However their Customer Service and knowledge set the bar high for everyone else. Keep it up. Sydney is the Best 👌

Came in looking for specific things and I was helped by a pleasant young lady by the name of Alexis. She had awesome advice on what to purchase. This is my second time here and it’s always been a great experience.

One of the best dispensaries I’ve been to very educated when it comes to their cannabis, and all their products, Turpines, and all the supplies. Everybody tender in the dispensary is very knowledgeable and educated to the team when I ever have questions, they are easily answered by their educated but centers. especially Miss Asia, who works at a dispensary. She is so knowledgeable and dresses so well.
