Great service and products!

I’ve been going to this location for a while now and it is hands-down my favorite pot shop that I’ve been to! All of the employees are very nice and helpful and they have a lot of great product as well. I’m there at least twice a week!

Great product, management is a bit wack

Great clean store, nice chill environment with friendly staff and amazing products. Big fan of the Saturday shatter sale. Employees seem to not all be on the same page. Some times my medical card is demanded and other times it’s not even looked at when I check in.

Was using phone to see what type of pre roll he wants. I ask th gentleman what kind of ore roll deal u got he said none right now. I told pops. We picked one. Then we walk to the counter and he talks to me like I’m slow or something.. with a dumbfounded face. “ you ugh get one half gar and one more half gram for free it’s the deal” I said but u said theirs no pee roll deal. This guy says to me I did this flower u got the pre roll. Too get these two half grams... so i tell the old man on the phone who is a customer who is DISABLED cannot walk and hang up. I pick some oil out apologizing. Then I ask the lady hey he the manager she said no he’s just pissed off cuz you are being rude and on your phone! At this point I’m baffled and let the store and will contact the store manager ASAP as this was very unprofessional and disrespectful when I’m on the phone with a customer who can’t make it their!!! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤬

Bought a quarter of dragon fire and came home smoked a joint and realized it was covered in mold went back to the store and they only said they could give me 5.6 back out of the quarter lol they told me it’s the growers fault. No! You buy this cannabis to sell you take responsibility for the quality. Will never go back here again
