The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have an early bird discount and another for seniors on Sundays, which I really appreciate. They taught me about terpenes and have saved me more than once by asking if I need a lighter or rolling papers. Yes, yes I do. I stopped shopping here when they changed the website. It doesn't show the THC content until you click on the strain. Maybe they're trying to hide the low low THC levels compared to neighbouring stores selling the same strains.

Ordered ONLINE for delivery because I had covid. Requested a non contact delivery after paying 150$. They outright denied my order and delivery. Claiming to be returning my money. 2 weeks later, no refund. They just straight up stole my money because they didnt want to deliver to a covid patient.

Been a loyal customer since they started. Went to buy a premium pre-roll today and it was damaged when I opened it. There is a giant air bubble in the middle and it looks improperly packed and crushed. Went back into the store right away with a receipt and asked if I could have it exchanged for one in better condition. They flat out refused. Told me that it was normal and can still be smoked. Unbelievable. Paid $20 for this defect... Be warned about buying from here. They do not back their products or their customer service.
