Been a loyal customer since they started. Went to buy a premium pre-roll today and it was damaged when I opened it. There is a giant air bubble in the middle and it looks improperly packed and crushed. Went back into the store right away with a receipt and asked if I could have it exchanged for one in better condition. They flat out refused. Told me that it was normal and can still be smoked. Unbelievable. Paid $20 for this defect... Be warned about buying from here. They do not back their products or their customer service.
