Inconsistent ID Policy Just Cost High Profile Pineville a Loyal $300+ Weekly Customer For months I shopped exclusively at High Profile Pineville for the late night hours that fit my schedule, spending hundreds every week and a half and choosing this spot over Flora Farms for the convenience. Today I handed over my ID, which has a minor tear with clear tape over it. The photo and info showed up clearly, like always. The guy refused it. Then the manager, who has checked me out with this same ID many times with zero issues, also refused. The sudden strict enforcement, especially since I had no pickup order, felt more about wanting to close than any real policy. Add in the front desk worker whose constant negative attitude makes every visit unpleasant, plus an uninviting waiting area, and it is clear why regulars leave. Treating a proven, loyal, high spending customer this way has permanently lost my business. I will be telling friends and family to shop elsewhere, too.
