truly the most diverse selection ive seen around here. LOVE that all their bud isn’t prepacked and you can actually see what youre getting before you buy, no more buying a prepacked 8th and expecting nugs but getting shake. will definitely be back!!

Objective Best Prices, Discounts/Deals & Selection

TL;DR, Title explains it all. Don't let the small extra bit of distance cause you any hesitation. Their brand and category selection is the best in town, literally. I have been in nearly consecutively since a few days after opening and every visit is a great experience. A big selling point for myself, at least, is the Deli-style shop venue along with the normal prepackaged items you find everywhere else local. However, at the Deli you can be assured the budtender will be patient while you make your selection & try to make sure you get the best bang for your buck. The quantities from single gram to bulk, and the prices too, magnifique.

This is my favorite place to shop because I can see and smell the flower before I buy it. Ive gotten top shelf strains like Diesel Train, MAC n CHEESE, Frozen Dessert, Purple Chem, and G.A.S. and never been dissatisfied with anything. Its the best weed in town!!

The store is like going into a deli...you can look at the flower stored in large glass jars, you can smell each individually. Look and smell is certainly a help when deciding on a purchase. I love the place.

High Profile Cannabis Shop in Cape Girardeau is everything I have been wanting in a dispensary experience. They have everything you would expect from a bulk dispensary and more. The staff is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable (they really know their stuff) and if they don't currently carry something you want, just ask! They offer regular weekly deals and specials and have discounts for military, low-income, seniors and more. A major highlight of High Profile is their bulk ordering. Anybody using medical cannabis to replace prescription medication knows the frustrating trial and error finding the strains that best ease your pains. Little worse than buying an entire 3.5g and being stuck with something you do not like and can't do anything with. High Profile understands this by offering as little or as much as you would like. Unsure about a strain? Just get a half gram to try it out or if it's a favorite stock up with *very* competitive pricing. I can already tell that this is going to become a one-stop-shop for my medical cannabis needs, I can't recommend checking them out enough. Also, enjoy the penny preroll on your birthday!

No longer cares about medical patients

After literally building their business off the backs of medical patients High Profile has decided to cripple their very meager medical patient discount offering. One of the main reasons I shopped High Profile was for their commitment to medical patients but now that recreational has passed in MO they apparently don’t need or care about them anymore. I am incredibly disappointed in High Profile for punishing the people who made them successful to begin with and crippling the reason many patients went out of their way to shop with them. The betrayal of their promise and commitment to medical patients is the reason I will be taking my business elsewhere and I’d recommend any other patients do the same. There are other dispensaries in the area that still honor their medical patient pledge.

Was charged recreation tax instead of medical

I have a medical card checked out online but the store charged me recreation tax instead of medical when I told them what happened they lied and said it was a new cape tax. And this was a manager. I wish I could report this to someone

False advertising online, claimed vape cart was 84 percent THCA. After paying driving home the packaging was 94 percent Delta 9. Hahahaha what a joke!!!!! If you put a D8 or D9 disclaimer I would have never went. Rip Off Fake Weed. Change ur name to 7 11 like the gas station vapes you sell.
