First time there, felt the hurry and buy vibe. Not going back to the Liberty location. Much better vibe from the Releaf in Grandview.

This was my first time at this dispensary. I did my research beforehand which makes the experience better if you know what they have. By luck they had everything I wanted. They have a better selection then other dispensary’s and they had a friendly staff. Will keep them in mind next time I go shopping.

I've been a customer at this dispensary for a couple of years now. The longest I have ever waited was 10 minutes or so, and that is rare. Just depends what time of day it is, really. Often I am in and out in 4 minutes or less. The staff has always been kind and helpful. Medical cards jump to the front of the line. Safe place.

Their Budtenders are the friendliest I've encountered in KC so far. They're happy to help whereas some other places seem rushed. Prices are cheaper than other close dispensaries.

Well let just start with I drove 45 min to get there. The whole time my car is overheating some how I make it there with 5 min to spare I walk up and the doors locked I know they saw me walking up then I call the store to be like hey it’s not 8 why I drove 45 min to get here they just go sorry we close at 8 B***h it’s 7:55 well come 8:02 I’m sitting waiting for my car to cool down the staff walks out one of the staff asked if I was ok. No im not ok I drove 45 min just to be turned away when I had 5 min to spare dude straight lies to my face trying to say it’s a state code p***y please tell my why relief in Lee summit is open 24 hours. Then to top it off I’m waiting for my car to cool down a couple of the staff members started smoking up in the parking lot like if that ain’t just f***ing disrespectful. It’s like the lion, the witch and the audacity of this b****.like if you say your open till 8 then you should be servicing customers until 8 not 7:50 just because you lazy.

$80 for disty vapes should be illegal. The budtenders rush you through and have an attitude doing it.
