This was, hands down, my worst experience at a dispensary ever. I don't know how this place got its name, because it was the absolute opposite of Good Karma. It’s incredibly hard to find, even though it's right on Main Street, it is so poorly marked that I drove right past it more than once, even using GPS. I felt an immediate wave of hostility the second I walked through the door. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like my presence was a massive inconvenience. To make matters worse, they were completely clueless and couldn't answer basic questions about their inventory. The selection was awful. The shelves were full, but just packed with terrible quality inventory and items most people don't want. It felt like they were trying to unload low-tier garbage. Save your time and gas. I passed 3 better dispensaries on the way there on Main Street. Try the others. This was my first and last time visiting, never again.

great staff awesome selection and prices

First dispensary I stopped at in Oregon. Easy to find on Weedmaps. The staff meet and greet you before letting you in the back area. Lobby was clean. Friendly attitudes. A gentleman showed me, the selection of concentrates. He suggested White Label Extracts, I let him pick a flavor. Pineapple AK hybrid shatter was the chosen one. I also wanted a preroll. He suggested the 2 pack prerolls from Phantom Farms flavor Chem Dawg. Got them both for a pretty good price without discount. Another friendly guy came out to greet. I gave them both my Dab Bear stickers because they were awesome gents! Both products were amazing! The Pineapple AK is fire and the two rolls were bomb! Thank you guys so much for being rad! Much love and respect!

Love this place, people are always approachable& they listen to what you say which is rare. Wicked decent prices and only the best movies ;) Would give them six stars but I only got five

I guess Good Karma only opened a week or two ago but they've already got a great selection and the best prices in Springfield by far. I drove by their sidewalk sign and turned around to check it out and I definitely don't regret it, it looks like a doctor's office when you walk in (except for the Aqua Teen Hunger Force episodes playing in the lobby haha) and it's very laid-back and no stress. The bud room is huge and clean, and the budtenders were friendly and eager to help me out. I pretty much described my plans for the evening and they were able to recommend a strain (Love Potion #9) that was literally exactly what I was looking for - I am very satisfied and think I might make this my first stop from now on. I was in your store yesterday evening around 7, and the girl working wearing the Cabela's Hat and pink shirt refused to except my 30 day receipt for my OMMP card. It was legit with the bar code and scanning box. Further more she was flat rude, all but accusing me of it being fake. I was very offended. My official card arrived today. I will be calling the Manager or Owner asap.
