The product was wonderful! But I asked if they take cash only or cards as well. I was told "Oh no, we take cards" Well, I wasn't paying attention and was charged $3.50 extra for "them taking cards"! I didn't realize it's how I got home as that receipt showing the extra fees was stapled to the back of my sales receipt. Kind of tricky in my opinion!

Always loved flame but I dont like how they put a giant tip jar in your face & charge u extra to round up just in hopes they'll get that cash back as tips. We dont all have it like that, we have a little extra cash for extras like weed but cant really afford to have u charging extra to hand us back cash like an atm.
