I'm so tired of people always complaining about the prices. Let's go back a year ago when there was no deep roots in West Wendover. I was a security guard for a casino and I can almost guarantee that half of you people complaining had asked me where to get weed and now that you don't have to buy it off some random stranger where, you don't know what you're getting, could get robbed, or could get laced weed, now have another thing to complain about. That being said this shop is everything I hoped it would be and I have been there 5 times since it's been opened. The employees are awesome and the quality is better than I could get on the street at the price I'm paying to buy it legally

The place smelled awsome the layout was big ,the pre rolls where nicely packed the package stickers look like a child put them on or they was baked during there shift the staff very helpful prices was decent don't forget to sing up for the loyalty thing points for every dollar spent Must try the melonade super joint with diamonds and the layer cake pre rolls kicked my a$$ Better then buying off the streets just my opinion

Ashlee was a great help when me and my fiancé came in to check out the store helped my lady find a nice strain and recommended one I have yet to try but it smells amazing

The moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcomed. Kim and Maria at the front desk were hilarious and sweet. Someone named Wendy helped me and resolved every concern I had. She went back and forth to find answers for me for 10 minutes. The store itself is clean, and looks the an apple store. Clean professional and aesthetic. I will be coming back! Thanks guys!

I have been to a lot of dispensaries across the United States and this by far is the best! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I watched as each employee took time with each customer and made them feel at home. They were eager to help and answered every question without hesitation. The product was a 12 out of 10!! I will be back!

Deep Roots is great. They had everything I wanted, and some killer deals to boot. Our budhost Maria was absolutely wonderful. Their rewards program has to be some kind of business oversight, because it's too good.

Went in not knowing what to expect as far as environment and i need to say i was so impressed. Friendly and profesional staff that are also knowledgable. Clean and organized. Over all just really impressed with the store and staff.

I waited a few weeks before writing this review so I could thoroughly test the products I bought. I'm a medical user from Utah. With our joke of a system here I thought I'd take the trip out to West wendover instead of getting what I need on the black market here. Having never been to a dispensary before I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I went during the day in the middle of the week and unsurprisingly they weren't that busy. I was walked through the process by a nice young lady that I wish I remembered her name. I had a strict budget and she helped me through the process of selecting both a strain and a couple edibles that would be good for my specific needs. I went with a mid tier strain, cheeba chews and their twisted gummies. I was warned that the gummies were super potent and that some people reported effects the next day even. Let me just say that the strain was right on point with a mid tier strain. The nugs were dense and had a nice flavor and aroma. Not super strong but strong enough to get the job done. Similarly, the chews had a decent strength to them and tasted great. The one dark spot was the gummies. They did almost nothing for me. Even when I took two of them. It could just be my biology, but considering how much the staff hyped them I was hoping for more. All in all it was a great experience and I'm looking forward to returning... Even with the incredibly long drive to get there

y'all complain too damn much. If you dont like the prices then continue paying your street price for junk. I've made the drive to Oregon, Colorado, Washington and mesquite to purchase over the years and really dont mind paying a little more than street at times. both this and mesquite are still top notch considering the alternative. If ya dont like the price then don't make the drive plain and simple.
