Friendly and Convenient

This place is always busy, but it’s cool, I like that it’s located right next to the Starbucks in Ft Myers. The flower is fresh and the people I’ve met are friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough about how great this place is and how nice the workers are, they go way outta their way to help you out and if your a couple dollars short it’s never a problem. I’ve been a patient of theirs for 3 years now and it’s always felt like a family experience, every time you walk in your greeted by everyone and they make sure you feel at home..it’s truly like I have an extended family and that’s amazing for a business these days they actually care about you and how your doing. Good choices and great staff

This is my first dispensary, but I’m super impressed by the staff there. They’re always super friendly and generally speaking the wait isn’t nearly as long as others. Security is good and the store is very clean.

Security seems good. I had an excellent discussion with the manager and he took time and explained what I needed to know. Most products have been fine except pricy. The rub on was ineffective.

Loved the security process there. Also the professionalism of the staff. I had so many questions and she acted like I was the only person in the room! I also am loving their product! I’ve only tried one other dispensary and Curaleaf outdoes them 10 fold!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but

I have to. I went there to take advantage of the 1st time patient deal, so I had to spend $150 to receive $50 off. I bought all flower - 1/8 of Blue Dream, two 1/8s of Taffie, and one pack of pre-rolled “Killer Queen”. It was more than I wanted, but I figured it would last a long time. There is something wrong with their Blue Dream and Taffie. It seems to have less than 1% THC. The KQ was a little better, but still far below expected quality. I can’t believe I am having to deal with this issue from an actual medical dispensary. The review about “curing” must be what the problem is. I called in to report the issue, and the woman I talked to was annoyed I was even telling her. I was shocked no one else had called in to complain(must all be first time 90 year old users).They wouldn’t even let me return the unopened pack. Huge financial blow for me. I might lose sleep over this one. They don’t care. Give your money to one of the other millionaires since they won’t even let us grow our own.

Come correct with your flower

Your flower isn’t the best. As a dispensary that is supposed to provide the best possible medicine for your patients. For the knowledge that has been out there as far as grow, harvesting and “Curing” probably the most import feature your company missed. Won’t be back unless that changes. 💯

I dont like the fact that you carry few flower choices.....not every one can afford high prices......and not everyone can smoke just what you provide selection sucks..... FLORIDA DISPENCESORYS SUCK...... TO MUCH CONTROLL...I'VE ask about strawberry strain that's best for me and the answer was....we dont carry that strain so unfair for patients that need it...Go Recreational for patients can get what they need for there issues......

Crappy Crumble

The crumble has the consistency of dry sand. It also tastes funny and doesn't last nearly as long as regular crumble. I called up and told them but they told me it was fine and I would not be receiving a refund on the almost $200 I wasted.

I can’t find consistent flower in any SW FL dispo, so I decided to try this place out. Purple Sunset and White Widow were both (ironically) horribly cured mid grade garbage.
