Great first impression

Came here yesterday after ordering on Weedmaps. The staff was super friendly and funny. I got a nice 20% off for my first time and the products are pretty good. I think this will be my new dispensary from now on since I’m pretty close. Can’t wait to go back and try some more stuff.

Great staff, great management

Someone wrote a review about “bro environment” & this place is nothing like that. Henry is a great manger, always greets you with a smile & nice personality. Not one staff member ever pressures you into buying anything. They all have great knowledge of the products on hand. They have a great selection, good pricing, you never feel like you got cheated on the price. All in all, I think they’re the best weed shop in Pacifica.

Best Dispensary in Pacifica

I've visited this dispensary 5 times now. The budtenders are really friendly and easy to have conversations with. Instead of encouraging me to buy the most expensive products, they have helped me find what's best for me. They seem to really focus on customer happiness which they get a 10/10 for. Their posted prices include the tax so I am never surprised by the total, which is a major plus.

Service varies depending on staff I think

First trip rendered great first impressions regarding quality price and service. Second trip: new staff apprehensive, sweaty, and so cagey I asked: “do you guys smoke?” They seemed so uncomfortable I, myself became uncomfortable and eager to leave. Very little product knowledge and indifferent to cross-selling. Not the same people I met first trip but all else, on point.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!

I purchased a fairly expensive battery charger and it stopped working while fully charged. Brought it back to exchange and was told that they don't do exchanges, since it's been few month and the resin mark can be seen....wow! I paid $60.00 clerk said it's price is $30.00 - I take it I was majorly overcharged, and this store will not stand by the quality of their EXPENSIVE products! Clerk said that he doesn't know what I did with it and I have most probably damaged it. I requested to speak store owner, and was denied, since it's early morning, and the owner is sleeping.... at 10:30am... I wasn't given a business card with owner's information either. Most likely the clerk was the owner. Lol. Very disappointing for a business to sell expensive poor quality products and have absolutely no customer service. There are so many other stores to go to. Skip this one for sure!

Sketchy. Immature, rude employees.

Lacks integrity and trust. Really sketchy place. Each employee gave a different answer to the same question. Not knowledgable, but try to come off as if they are. Makes it difficult to trust what they say. It seemed like they did not want to give a straight answer. Employees did not seem like they cared about helping the customer. Just wanted to get you out of their fast. Rude, rush-y. Quick responses they didn't seem honest or reliable. Very very small store. Lacks variety of products and availability. Spend your money for Loyalty Rewards at another place (just 5 minutes away) with better selection & availability, better customer service, and more knowledgeable staff.
